We do offer stud service of our boys to approved females. Our males have been tested for genetic defects and diseases and are all healthy and up to date on their vaccines. They produce beautiful quality puppies that are healthy and have great personalities. Our Yorkie males are AKC registered and our Biewer males are IBC registered.
Approved females are at least 14 months of age, registered, up to date on their vaccines and deworming, have had a negative brucellosis test within one month prior to mating, and have been vet checked within one month prior to mating. All of these records MUST be sent to me prior to bringing the female to my home. I reserve the right to refuse stud service to any female for any reason.
My males require a little time to get used to a female before they will breed with her and are most comfortable and in their element with no strangers around, so I do require that the female stay at my home for approximately one week during her heat (usually day 10-17). My dogs are in my home and I do not have a kennel. It can be scary to leave your baby with someone else for a week, however, any dog that I am "babysitting" receives the best of care, and I also have references if needed.
I do charge a stud fee that varies depending on which male you are interested in, and I also accept a pick of the litter if that is preferred, however, I will not register the litter until I receive my pick. If a stud service breeding results in no living puppies, the breeding may be repeated at no charge.
